Imagicaa Welfare Foundation is a non-profit organization working toward inclusive development and community empowerment through training, awareness and social-impact initiatives.
The Foundation focuses on capacity building, IEC activities, CSR project implementation support, awareness campaigns, grassroots outreach, community engagement, Financial & Digital Literacy Camps and Solid Waste Management initiatives.
Programs designed with — not just for — the communities we serve.
Research and monitoring guide every intervention we design.
Working with government, CSR and academic partners to scale impact.
Imagicaa Welfare Foundation (IWF) envisions an inclusive, empowered, equitable and sustainable society where every individual and community, particularly those underserved and vulnerable, has access to knowledge, opportunities, essential services and resources necessary to live with dignity and realize their full potential. IWF seeks to build resilient communities that are financially and digitally empowered, economically self-reliant, socially inclusive and environmentally responsible.
The mission of Imagicaa Welfare Foundation is to empower people, strengthen communities and create sustainable pathways for social, economic and environmental development through grassroots interventions, capacity building, knowledge, technology and strategic partnerships — improving financial & digital literacy, livelihoods, education, health, WASH and climate resilience for women, youth and marginalized communities.
The principles that shape how we design and deliver every programme.
We didn't start this Foundation to hand out solutions — we started it to walk alongside communities as they build their own. Every family we've worked with has taught us something about resilience and hope.

Every Sunday
Every Sunday, our volunteers serve a warm, wholesome meal to people experiencing homelessness, daily-wage workers and the elderly across Patna — because everyone deserves dignity, one plate at a time.
